The beginning of a meta journey: arriving in Miami from the heart, and leaving with language, gratitude, and ambitious building blocks for what comes next.
this weekend, I learned about “slates”
this weekend, i learned that a slate
is not just a proposal.
it is a door left open
for someone brave enough
to keep building…
so i’m leaving this here —
not as a finished thing,
but as an invitation.
to read.
to imagine.
to question.
to enter.
and if something in this room speaks back,
maybe the next slate
is one we build together.
Sometimes tears are the only language big enough to say thank you.
In my case, I’m learning how to elucidate the emotion in real time — to name what moved me while it is still moving me, so gratitude doesn’t have to wait a year to become legible.
